Nestled high in the foothills of the Simonsberg mountain, looking northwards towards Paarl, lies Glen Carlou Vineyards. Established in 1985 by celebrated wine maker Walter Finlayson, Glen Carlou has already developed a reputation among connoisseurs, both here and abroad, for its exquisite wines. Although still a relative newcomer, Glen Carlou's wines are much sought-after, and since January 1996, has been associated with one of the most prestigious cellars in California, Hess Collection Winery.
