This small new cellar in the Muldersveli area belongs to the Jan Myburgh Family Trust. Here in one of the Cape’s premium areas for red grapes, Jan, together with son Philip and winemaker Marcus Milner, produces personal wines that speak of modern vineyard management, of care in fermentation and maturation, amd judicious use of wood to add richness and balance.
