Le Quartier, a little corner of France where hotelier-restaurateur Susan Huxter and chef Margot Janse serve a Cape Provencale blend of innovative dishes. Dishes include green risotto with semi-dried vegetables and olive oil, spiced lamb with mint and pumpkin-seed pesto, pastrami-cured salmon trout, double baked blue cheese soufflé with fried watercress, gnocchia and red pepper compote and an unlikely chunky fish burger served with salsas and roti.
